what we did/ how we did it
event details
venue: Business Design Centre, London
type: Technology Exhibition and Conference
Client: Future Proptech
Sector: Real Estate
delegates: 2000+
The Brief: Our client briefed us to provide 4x stages for their exhibition conference sessions.
They wanted each stage to have its own distinct look and feel.
They also wanted the designs to be modern and design-led, as well as providing strong coverage for their sponsors.
the concept
Our production managers enjoyed designing the individual stages, whilst keeping an element to tie the event together. The client’s colourful branding gave the team lots of possibilities to work with
Stage 1 – the client had seen a similar design at another of our events and asked us to replicate it for their event. The suspended cube above the stage kept eyes on the speaker, as well as ensuring a clear view for the delegates in the round
Stage 2 – This large LED wall gave the client the opportunity to produce engaging content across the whole screen, or separate it out to provide a sponsor opportunity on the two end panels. This huge screen ensured the audience got a clear view of the content
Stage 3 – This eye-catching design was the first stage delegates saw as they arrived at the venue. It was important to create a wow-factor for this stage, and the pyramid design certainly provided this.
Stage 4 – This stage was based in the ‘residential agent zone’ of the exhibition. The team took inspiration from this and designed this colourful set. Our in-house designer then created the ‘for sale’ boards, with names of the clients sponsors on each board.
the delivery
Our team seamlessly fit within the overall exhibition build and derig.
Our production manager led a team of technicians to ensure each stage ran seamlessly, whilst our project manager coordinated the content for each stage and was a central point of contact for any questions
