One Advanced required a Global town hall streamed globally from their Birmingham headquarters to engage employees both in person and online.. The objective was to create a seamless experience that engaged both in-person attendees and remote employees worldwide.

The event needed to balance the benefits of live interaction with the accessibility of virtual participation for over 3,000 employees across multiple locations. This required a setup that would ensure clear communication, professional production quality, and a smooth streaming experience without disrupting daily office operations.

We transformed a busy office into a fully functioning live event space, ensuring minimal disruption to regular business activities. A custom-designed stage and backdrop were installed, providing a professional setting for presenters to deliver company updates effectively to both in-room attendees and remote viewers.
