the brief:
After previously supplying exhibition stands for them, Copart returned to ask us to take on the full production of both their conference and exhibition at Hotel la Tour. This one-day conference needed to be engaging and innovative, whilst making best use of the client’s budget.
the concept:
Chameleon worked closed with the client’s design team to create two separate engaging spaces with a unified creative vision. The seamless 12.5m long wall in the exhibition area elevated this space beyond the standard exhibition stand and ensured the clients brand shone through. Mini PCs mounted behind the stands kept the area free from clutter and ensured the delegates focus was on the content.
the delivery:
As a returning client, Copart worked with their assigned project manager to achieve their goals for this event. This mutual understanding and collaborative way of working helped achieve a smooth pre-production stage.
On site, chameleon rigged and made sure there were time for client rehearsals the night before the event so all the presenters could be comfortable. A dedicated lead technician in each area who was available throughout the event made sure that any questions were dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
