beyond revenue: the metric that matters most to us

What Chameleon Live has in common with Amazon, Apple and John Lewis — and where we differ

While all companies must focus on revenue, profit and growth — we equally track something different:

“How likely are our clients to recommend us?”

Over the past year, that’s given us a Net Promoter Score of 89.  NPS is a recognised metric of client satisfaction used by businesses around the world.  A company’s NPS can range from -100 to 100.

At 89 our score is well above the ‘world-class’ threshold of 70+ and significantly higher than brands like Amazon or Apple in the ‘good’ range 30-50. John Lewis, for example,  are in the excellent range between 50 and 70.

But more importantly, here’s why clients rate us so highly:

  • Calm, creative, professional delivery — even in high-pressure environments
  • Flexibility as plans evolve
  • A genuine on-site presence, not just a supplier
  • And ultimately, results — 100% of clients said their project met or exceeded objectives

We focus on understanding not just the brief, but why it matters — then designing and delivering bespoke events that hit those goals.

If you’re planning anything upcoming, we’d be happy to share a few ideas tailored to your needs. Find out a little more about our craftsman mindset in one of our other blogs – Putting Soul Back Into Events | Craftsmanship in Live Events
